Delivery and shipping of services policies

Effective Date:

At Teacher and Task we specialise in prompt digital delivery— recorded lessons, live classes, assignments, and code repositories reach you within moments of completion. On the rare occasion you order printed manuals, branded workbooks, or other merchandise, we fall back on reliable courier partners. This policy explains how each type of item reaches you, what to expect in terms of timing, and the steps we take if something goes wrong.

1. Digital Delivery

Every standard service is fulfilled online. Live lessons are hosted on Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams, with the link arriving in your inbox at least twenty-four hours beforehand. Completed assignments, slide decks, and study guides follow by email in the format you requested—PDF, DOCX, PPTX, or something more specialised such as Jupyter Notebooks or Markdown.

Larger assets—HD video tutorials, data sets, or multimedia bundles—sit inside a private Google Drive or Dropbox folder that we lock to your email address. Software projects land in a private GitHub or GitLab repository where you can clone, comment, or open issues exactly as you would on any collaborative project. As soon as a deliverable is uploaded you receive a single email that lists every link in one place so nothing slips through the cracks.

2. Printed Materials & Courier Shipping

Printed add-ons are processed within one to two business days of payment confirmation. Inside India we use well-known couriers such as Delhivery or Bluedart, aiming for arrival four to six business days after dispatch; the cost you see at checkout reflects real-time courier rates for your PIN code.

For international addresses we switch to DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Parcels typically arrive within seven to fourteen business days, though local customs regulations can add a little time. Import duties or taxes are payable by the recipient—your courier will contact you directly if anything is due.

The moment a parcel leaves our office you receive a tracking link; allow the courier twenty-four hours to populate their system. If a package is delayed or appears lost, email us and quote the tracking number within seven days of the expected delivery date and we will open a claim on your behalf.

3. Changes & Corrections

Found a typo in a delivered PDF or a broken download link? Let us know within fifteen days and we will resend corrected files at no extra cost. For printed goods that arrive damaged or do not match your order, share a photo of the issue and we will arrange a re-dispatch or discuss next steps with the courier.

4. Refunds & Returns

Because digital products can be duplicated indefinitely we cannot offer refunds once the download links or repository invites have been issued. If delivery fails—for example the email bounces—we will resend the material free of charge.

Printed items may be returned within seven days of arrival provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense; once we receive the item we refund the product cost within ten business days.
