1. Digital delivery
Most services are fulfilled digitally. Drafts, final files and walkthrough videos are shared through secure channels—Google Drive, Dropbox, GitHub, Figma or Loom—based on the deliverable type. You receive a consolidated email summarising links, passwords (if any) and revision deadlines.
- Live session invites arrive via email and calendar at least 24 hours in advance.
- Urgent assignments include milestone check-ins so you can review progress as we work.
- Turnitin reports and AI-screening certificates accompany final written submissions.
2. Printed materials & merchandise
When you purchase printed workbooks, lab manuals or branded merchandise, dispatch occurs within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
| Region | Courier partners | Estimated delivery | Tracking |
|---|---|---|---|
| India | Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC | 4–6 business days | Tracking ID shared via email/SMS |
| Middle East & Europe | DHL, Aramex | 6–10 business days | Portal link with customs updates |
| North America & APAC | FedEx, UPS | 7–14 business days | Real-time status dashboard |
3. Tracking & support
Every shipment triggers automated notifications. Allow couriers up to 24 hours to activate tracking numbers. If tracking stalls or the package is damaged, notify us within seven days so we can open a claim, coordinate replacements or issue refunds where applicable.
- Email support@teacherandtask.com with your order ID.
- Attach photos for damaged merchandise to expedite courier claims.
- For customs delays, share requested documentation promptly to avoid storage fees.
4. Returns & replacements
Digital products are non-returnable once shared. Physical items can be returned within 7 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is customer-paid unless the item was defective. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the product.
5. Force majeure & delays
Severe weather, public holidays, customs inspections or service outages may extend timelines. We proactively communicate delays, provide revised ETAs and offer alternative solutions such as expedited digital materials or partial refunds.
