By using our platform you agree to the practices described below.

When you create an account or place an order we ask for basic personal identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, and billing or shipping details. We also store your chosen username and a securely hashed password so you can sign in later. As you browse, our servers automatically record technical information—your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and the times of each request—so that we can keep the site secure and understand which parts of it are most useful.
If you correspond with support, fill in a feedback form, or chat with a tutor, the content of those messages is retained so that we can respond and improve our service. Like most online platforms, we rely on cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and measure performance. Finally, when you connect a third-party service such as Zoom, Google, or GitHub, we receive the minimum data required to deliver the linked functionality.

5. Data Security & Retention
All traffic to and from our servers is encrypted with TLS and passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We run regular security audits and limit staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis. Information is retained only for as long as it serves the purposes outlined above or is required by law. Accounts left inactive for 24 months are purged automatically, along with associated files. 7. Children’s Privacy
Our services are aimed at individuals aged 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Whenever we make a material change we will update the “Effective Date” above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the service after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
